HOW TO SUBMIT A QUESTION

1. USE THE FORM BELOW to submit a question about Knitting techniques, projects, patterns featured in your issues… If your question is about your subscription (delivery, payment, cancellation…), please submit your question through the Contact us page.

2. Please be aware that it may take 7-10 days to answer a question, depending on how difficult it is.

3. WE CANNOT ANSWER any questions submitted other than on this form, or if the form isn't completed correctly.

4. We do need either your subscriber no. or your full name, address, email address and telephone number.

5. PLEASE CHECK THE FAQs before emailing us as it is possible your question has already been answered.

6. Whilst we will try to answer all submissions, we cannot guarantee that your question will be answered. Your answer will be e-mailed to you and we will also post it on our Answered Questions page.
